Outdoor Prefabricated Box Type Substation (European Style)
The prefabricated box-type substation (European style) is a factory-integrated outdoor power distribution system. It consists of three independent compartments: a high-voltage compartment, a transformer compartment, and a low-voltage compartment. It integrates a high-voltage ring network switch, distribution transformer, low-voltage incoming and outgoing line cabinets, reactive power compensation, metering, and protection and control devices. Rated high voltage ranges from 6-40.5kV, and capacity ranges from 50kVA to 2500kVA. It can achieve ring network power supply, dual power supply, and terminal radial power supply, reducing and distributing medium- and high-voltage power to 0.4kV low-voltage loads. Replacing traditional civil engineering substations, the entire unit is assembled, wired, withstand voltage tested, and commissioned at the factory. On-site, only foundation pouring and cable connection are required for operation. It is a mainstream standardized power distribution equipment for urban power distribution networks, new energy, industrial and commercial, and municipal engineering projects.
All high and low voltage components, transformers, and secondary control circuits are assembled and debugged in the factory, and the entire unit is shipped as a whole. There are no complex assembly procedures on-site, shortening the construction period by more than 70% and significantly reducing civil engineering and labor costs.
The high-voltage, transformer, and low-voltage compartments are completely isolated, equipped with mechanical interlocks, live display, pressure relief, and ventilation and temperature control systems; the outer casing has IP54 protection, is waterproof, dustproof, and condensation-proof, eliminating the risk of cross-compartment discharge and accidental contact.
Built-in 10/15/33kV low-loss oil-immersed/dry-type distribution transformer, with optional oriented silicon steel or amorphous iron core; optimized air duct for natural heat dissipation, noise level ≤55dB at 1 meter, and no-load and load losses meet domestic and international Class 1 energy efficiency standards.
The footprint is only 1/10 to 1/5 that of a traditional civil engineering substation, allowing for placement in greenbelts, roadsides, or factory corners. No large distribution room is required, making it suitable for land-constrained urban areas and industrial parks.
The enclosure is constructed of thickened galvanized steel plate/stainless steel/composite insulation board with multi-layer anti-corrosion coating; it includes a built-in insulation layer, forced ventilation fan, and temperature and humidity controller, adapting to a wide temperature range of -35℃ to +40℃, high humidity, coastal salt spray, and dusty environments.
Standard configuration includes high-voltage load switch + fuse combination protection, transformer temperature control, pressure relief, low-voltage overload, short circuit, leakage, and phase loss protection; optional intelligent remote monitoring and control, automatic reactive power compensation, and remote fault upload.
Supports single-power-terminal power supply, dual-power-supply switching, and ring network power supply; reserves interfaces for photovoltaic and energy storage grid connection; adaptable to distributed renewable energy supporting boost/buck voltage scenarios.
