SFSZ-25MVA/158/38.5/11KV Three Winding OLTC Transformer
Model SFSZ-25000/158 is a 25MVA three-winding on-load tap changing (OLTC) oil-immersed power transformer, designed for 158/38.5/11kV three voltage class grid, fully compliant with IEC 60076 & EN 60076 standard for power projects. This OLTC transformer can adjust high voltage without power cut, perfectly match 150kV power grid, widely used for substation, renewable energy station, industrial power supply in Ukraine, Central Asia and Eastern Europe.
OLTC realizes smooth voltage adjustment under full load, no power interruption, stabilize grid voltage for fluctuating power load
Grain-oriented silicon steel core, full copper winding, no-load current ≤0.7%, energy-saving for long-term operation
Equipped with Buchholz gas relay, oil/winding temperature indicator, tap-changer controller with RS485 communication interface.
Polymer HV bushings, porcelain MV/LV bushings, strong anti-icing (max ice thickness 22mm), anti-corrosion coating for harsh outdoor condition
Vibration impact recorder, pressure relief valve, maintenance-free silica gel breather, independent cooling control cabinet IP55
Provide English operation manual, test report, ISO certificates, DSTU conformity certificate for local tender project
