20kv Oil Transformer
The 20kV oil-immersed transformer is a power device that uses insulating oil as both insulation and cooling medium, and is designed to change voltage levels for the transmission of AC electrical energy within a 20kV distribution system. This product is primarily applied in 20kV distribution networks for step-up or step-down voltage conversion. It features compact size, light weight, stable performance, and strong weather resistance. Compared with 10kV systems, 20kV distribution offers significant technical and economic advantages: the power supply radius increases by approximately 60%, the service area expands by 1.5 times, the power transfer capability doubles, and transmission losses are reduced by about 75%. It has become the mainstay power transformation equipment in modern urban and rural distribution networks, industrial parks, industrial and mining enterprises, new energy projects, municipal infrastructure, and other fields.

The equipment is generally suitable for installation at altitudes not exceeding 1,000 m, ambient temperatures ranging from -30 °C to +45 °C, average daily relative humidity not greater than 95%, outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 m/s, and seismic intensity not exceeding VIII degree. For special environments such as high altitude, high temperature, high humidity, or salt spray, special insulation and temperature rise correction designs are required, or alternative modification solutions shall be negotiated.
